The Avaya INDeX 2050 and 2060 are the top of the range handsets that provides a full feature handset for hybrid configurations where users require multi functional display terminals.
Te Avaya INDeX 2050 and 2060 has a large Display (LCD) (The top part providing two windows for calling and called information, the second part has a 16 character display line of text.) They both have BLF functionality but the 2060 has added network connectivity facilities. In addition they both “Manager/secretary” and ACD capability with facilities for call routing and many other valuable features.

The Avaya INDeX 20CC is a Call Centre module designed to be used in the Call Centre environment. It has slightly different keys and functionality like “Log in/out” and “Wrap up” keys and is designed for use with headsets such as Plantronics or GN Netgcon etc. Unlike the DT version, there is only one model in the “20” series range and this item has BLF keys as standard. It is therefore comparable with the TT5.
